RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SolarAmindsy, your satisfaction is important to us.
We strive to ensure that every product — including The Light I Never Knew and related merchandise — is delivered in perfect condition.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase if:

  • You made an error during payment or ordering, or
  • You changed your mind before the item is shipped or delivered.

Refund requests made after 7 days from purchase or after the order has been shipped/delivered will not be eligible for refund.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product (books and printed materials), we do not accept product returns once the item has been received in good condition.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review and arrange a suitable replacement or refund (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it promptly.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., debit/credit card, online banking, e-wallet) within 7–14 working days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • The item has been shipped or delivered.
  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • A refund request was made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases, unless proven defective.
