1. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support Team as soon as possible and providing your purchase details (order number, name, and contact information).
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been processed or shipped.

2. Will I receive a refund?

Yes, refunds are available only if your order has not yet been shipped or delivered.
Once the order has been processed, shipped, or delivered to the recipient, we are unable to provide a refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for your purchase, and processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Can I reorder a cancelled item?

Yes, you may reorder any previously cancelled item.
If your previous order was not refunded, we can reinstate and continue processing that same order upon confirmation.
If your previous order has already been refunded, you will need to place a new order directly through our website.


4. Internal Cancellations

In rare cases, SolarAmindsy may cancel an order due to unforeseen internal issues such as stock unavailability, payment verification failure, or technical errors.
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund (if applicable).
